Do not assume hellen prefix #99

At the moment "hellen" prefix is automat8cally added to filenames

Lets remove this logic to give everyone more flexibility on file names

Use bin/create_board_with_prefix.sh "custom_prefix" "project_base_path" "board_name" ...
