Custom made MATLAB pipeline by Andrew Liu from the Carthew Lab @ Northwestern University. The code will allow you to segment out the outline of a Drosophila larva, help you define the midline, and lastly estimate the volume of the larva. This code is companion to the eLife publication:
Liu A., O’Connell M., Wall F., Carthew R., (2024) Scaling between cell cycle duration and wing growth is regulated by Fat-Dachsous signaling in Drosophila. eLife. https://doi.org/10.7554/eLife.91572.3.
There is a word document that runs through a tutorial of the pipeline.
