Not something we'd planned on picking up, but the patch that adds this allows the patches for #1205 to apply cleanly.

https://android-review.googlesource.com/c/toolchain/llvm-project/+/1248203 is the submitted patch here. I am not sure that it is worth claiming that we support --fix-cortex-a8, since we don't have an effective way to test this. I suppose we can just wait and see if cortex-a8 users have issues and then fix forward as needed.

Fix is in build 6352462 on https://ci.android.com/builds/branches/aosp-ndk-release-r21/grid?
