Python Project displaying use of SQL3 and Twitter API

User inputs city and state that is within the United States. Searches through database of US cities and states. Calculates when the sun rises, sets, civil dawn, civil dusk based on the location the user inputs in regard to the time zone of the city and tweets out the information.
