I am unable to get the extension to work as of 8/29/19. I'm wondering if it's just me.

This was due to user error. I incorrectly thought the replace functionality would work on files you have opened for editing. In actuality you must have a folder open for editing and all files in it will be updated.

Too bad this is the case, it would be awesome if this extension could find/replace on documents opened in vscode. Your extension was the simplest to set up! Because of this shortcoming, I had to switch to Replace Rules.

It shouldn't be too difficult to introduce a new command that operates on all open files. I'll look into it. I'm reopening the issue in the meantime.
