undesired tooltips in tab panes

The title= sticks around the dom on the div surrounding each tab pane. This causes the whole pane to always have a title= tooltip.

Should title just renamed or maybe have a prefix?

yeh, this is kind of annoying... Not sure what to rename the title attribute to... Other name suggestions:

• heading
• bs-title
