I use your DeepD3_Benchmark.tif to do your "Tutorial: DeepD3 inference" (https://deepd3.forschung.fau.de/)

When I double clicked, I found that I cannot set the ROI (the time of the video is at 4:46)

This is likely a version conflict. I would downgrade (to) PyQt5.
