jewel_simulation_studies

Code for the simulation used to study the performance of the jewel 2.0 method.

1. data_generation_for_simulation.R code allows to recreate generating 20 independent runs for each sets of parameters.
2. data folder contains all the generated data, used in the study.
3. Breast_cancer_real_data folder contains all the data and the code needed to recreate real data study.
