The Ansible architects are switching from Google docs to Markdown for proposals.
Then the markdown is built into a static site for consumption using Quartz.
Along those same lines, with the thought of having a nice documentation site for Ansible UI...

This is much easier to update and view than the GitHub Wiki.
Further cleanup of the markdown will be needed as we move forward.
