SUMMARY
Part of: #4221
This PR adds a horizontally stacked bar chart that visually groups host status by color and displays each host status count as a relative percentage to the total number of hosts. Hover over each bar segment to see the status and host count.
The host status bar segment colors are based off of PatternFly's color theme: https://www.patternfly.org/v4/design-guidelines/styles/colors
