TAAIgMBrTu

This is a repository of an initial ananlysis of IgM reactivities to peptides from a number of tumor antigens in patients with glioblastoma, brain metastases of other tumors or non-tumot bearing patients using reactivtiy graph. The main scripts are algrtmz (data acquisition and cleaning) and reagraph (the reactivtiy graph generation and analysis scripts). Further annotations are given inline.
