deps: package 修改 @antv/adjust 版本号 (#1494)

我印象中这个升级是不兼容的，不能直接升版本号的，你在钉钉小程序出现的问题是这个版本低导致的？

@antv/my-f2的2.1.4版本， 升级到2.1.7以后，在钉钉小程序下报错，起初以为是版本太旧导致的，所以换成了 @antv/f2-my的4.0.19版本，改了写法同样的报错，我看了node_modules的依赖，两个版本中引用的 @antv/adjust这个包的版本不一致，而这个包也有个依赖 @antv/util，是这个库直接导致的问题。 很奇怪本地开发没问题，在钉钉工作台组件中打包就报错了，因为打包逻辑是服务端打包，没法排查问题，钉钉那边也没给回复，有可能是本地开发环境node_modules里引入了多个版本所以没有问题？
