bug操作步骤如下

  1. 首次鼠标移动到 饼图中占据最大部分的块上，tooltip出现。
  2. 移出到饼图外，失去焦点，直至tooltip消失。
  3. 再次移入 饼图中占据最大部分的块上， tooltip没有出现。需要移动到其他块上再移入才出现。

好像饼图都会出现这种情况，
