Connection refused

I'm trying to VNC into another Sway user, on the same PC. So I run this: wayvnc -S /tmp/wayvncctl-$UID 0.0.0.0 on my second user. Then I installed GNOME Connections app. On the second user, I can connect to itself fine by connecting to 127.0.0.1 with VNC protocol. However, from my main user, I can't connect to that second user as it says Connection refused. The socket in /tmp has read-write permissions for me. ss -ltnp also shows that it's listening on 0.0.0.0:5900. What's wrong?

My bad. For some reason Network was not allowed in Flatpak permissions of the Connections app.
