Habría que modificarla para que no perdamos los iconos en el escritorio tipicos de minino ni el fondo de pantalla, así como el arranque cambiar la imagen del pinguino por el gatito, pero lo tengo todo de cuando las lamentablets, así que como testing del instalador por ahora vale esta. |

Hola, I'm continuing my adventure with penguin's eggs and krill, a new CLI Linux installer. I think the idea to the new installer krill is good: made in CLI something like GUI installer calamares, but the way - of course - is long. It is not finished yet, but it is working. i just remastered a minino from yours ISO, and put it on sourceforge they are called egg-of-minino-jessie-lxde... It is intended as preview for developers and - at last - is yours ISO, no changes if not the necessary modifications to work with eggs and krill, just changed the language to adapt it with... me! My friend @pieroproietti. I have tried the version and it breaks the terminal when you finish the settings and "click" to install. I remember it happend the same time ago when penguineggs was adapted to install in debian jessie. Probably is a problem of our distribution. Did you try to install in virtual box o anything? |

I installed it on VM KVM (proxmox ve), 4 GB scsi 16GB. Never tried onì real
hardware. I added kernel 3.19 and spice-vdagent

I tried in virtual box 6.1 on ubuntu 20.04 focal. I'll try on real hardware. |

I saw this morning, installing my version of minino-tde distro on a previus formatted disk, who it mount /dev/sda1 as swap, so get error during installation. To solve I just removed, with gparted, the swap partition before to install. Sorry, krill need to evolve more, but - at the same time - to evolve need to be used, for that I propose it. |

Just today I picked up your minino-TDE to try again the coexistence with the new versions of eggs. Currently with eggs you can support from Debian jessie to bookworm, Devuan beowulf, chimaera, Ubuntu bionic, focal, hirsute and impish. I wrote about this in my blog |

El amigo Piero y su herramienta penguin eggs siempre me ha fascinado para crear instaladores e ISO's. La uso en educaAndOS plus con el instalador calamares y me ha hecho generar la ISO y un instalador fascinantes para resolver el problema de no tener ISO en los centros.
Llevo tiempo intentando usarla en minino y por fin lo he conseguido, encabezonándome y su increíble pasión hemos conseguido hacerla compatible con Debian Jessie y por tanto en MInino. Hoy día para usarla solo es necesario actualizar el kernel de 3.16 a 3.19, un cambio poco significativo que también trae algo positivo, tener los kernel-headers para compilar en el futuro cualquier driver que necesitemos y que en la versión 3.16 no encontraba.
Aunque hay que decir que sería para usar el instalador CLI de terminal, parecido al que tenemos. Sería una buena idea probar la ISO que he generado de la versión actual de Minino con el instalador de Penguin eggs. Por un lado contaríamos con una herramienta para generar ISO y sobre todo para instalar que el apasionado de Piero modifica casi a diario con todo lo que se le ocurre y el feedback que le dan.
Se me ha ocurrido abrir esta idea porque si nos gusta sería recomendable usarla e implantarla antes de generar la última ISO autoactualizable, o descartar esta idea.
Paso unas fotos del instalador y se gusta subo la ISO para probar. No estoy seguro de sí mejoraría nuestro actual instalador o lo dificultaría más.
