Can Airflow metric metadata be sent to OpenTelemetry Collector？

Can Airflow metric metadata be sent to OpenTelemetry Collector？
For example, metadata like instance ID. If possible, please tell me how to send it. Thanks

I think once we get #37989 it might be easier to add custom data to sent (cc: @howardyoo ). But you can likely (though it's entirey on your own) to add anything in airflow's local_settings.py or deployment scripts - including sending airflow version and other metadata. It's Python code. You can do anything :).
