[INLONG-11030][SDK] Add AVRO formatted data source for Transform

Fixes #11030

Motivation

Transform add avro source data. Currently, the transform supports parsing Avro data types including int, float, long double, string, boolean, bytes, fixed, enum.

Add some classes:

• AvroSourceInfo
• AvroNode
• AvroSourceData
• AvroSourceDecoder
• TestAvro2CsvProcessor

Modified:

• SourceDecoderFactory
• AbstractProcessorTestBase
