So I did a little "research" around what will be needed to add support for Couchbase Server and it looks like it might pollute nano and make it much bigger since it requires to implement binary protocol and other lower level stuff. I started a thread on couchbase forums regarding the open source database driver and outlined that nano can be used for working with views though.
