Motivation
Added filtering capabilities to the Twitter Firehose connector.
Modifications
Added new configuration properties to the configuration that allows the user to specify the keywords and/or userIDs they wish to filter from the twitter firehose. This will allow them to leverage the filtering capabilities provided by the Twitter API to limit the amount of incoming tweets into Pulsar
Result
After your change, users will be able to have more control of the tweets they consume from the Twitter API
