[Bug] [Seatunnel-web] Job instance delete is not working

Added DELETE /seatunnel/api/v1/job/executor/delete API and called this API from UI code

Added one integration tests, executed all the integration tests, installed seatunnel-web and verified UI changes, all working fine.
