This adds color, branch, uncommited and commited changes to the shell prompt.
This includes some fixes pulled in from upstream.

This new version now includes support for UTF8 which is enabled by default which means we can use nicer characters in the shell prompt.

This adds color, branch, uncommited and commited changes to the shell prompt. It's essentially a complete copy of one of the default Fish shell prompts.
