Does not support Mendeley/bibtex unicode character encoding #3

Certain forms of bibtex, including the one generated by Mendeley, encode non-ascii characters into a LaTeX format, for example É becomes {'{E}}.

The Python bibtexparser package supports translating this back into unicode, it would be worth seeing if that could be ported to js...
