UI-317 Add clients and number of operations checked to markdown output

This also:

• Adds tests for the singular version of nouns in the markdown. Some were not being pluralized correctly, now we're checking it.
• Replace ' with backticks in some places

TODO:

• Update CHANGELOG.md* with your change (include reference to issue & this PR)

  This piggybacks on other related PRs; this doesn't need to change the changelog

• Make sure all of the significant new logic is covered by tests

• Rebase your changes on master so that they can be merged easily

• Make sure all tests and linter rules pass
