cds-bootstrap

It is a FOSS project developed by United Nation Volunteers.

The navbar html is pulled in via jQuery. This doesn't work offline in standard Chrome. So to view the page properly offline during testing you have to run Chrome this way in the Windows run menu:

chrome.exe --user-data-dir="C://Chrome dev session" --disable-web-security
