User Creation and Management app

Create Clients (regular password + 6 one-time passwords)
Add 2FA (TOTP) (QR CODE + SECRET KEY)
Reset Client credentials (by client)
Reset Client credentials and Delete Clients (by Admin) (Deletion not implemente yet
Login via (email + password) + 2FA (Login with 2FA not implemented yet)
2 Languages - English and Lithuanian
