The following are reputable paid modding groups which produce “decent” to excellent content, depending on the age of said content. As an example, most of URD's 2016 mods are obviously not on par with their current works in terms of quality. Just because some mods are paid doesn't always mean they're better.

WDT/WDTS Cars are mostly not compliant with pipeline standards when it comes to visuals and there are small physics issues that could be fixed later down the line.
Tracks that are handled by competent people with a lot of experience and aren't just obtuse rFactor 2 conversions or Race Track Builder abominations.
