Gray/white screen crash on 9.2.0U

Here's my experience:
I started out trying to launch the decrypter as Decrypt9.dat by using http://dukesrg.no-ip.org/3ds/go/?Decrypt9.dat. That resulted in the bottom screen turning white, and nothing happening to the top screen. The 3ds froze like that.

Next, I renamed the file back to Launcher.dat and tried to launch it from http://dukesrg.no-ip.org/3ds/go. That resulted in the bottom screen turning white, then the top screen turning gray. It froze like that.

Things I tried:

• Clearing cookies and history
• Launching the exploit with and without a gateway card inserted
