.vim configurat'o'matic framework

Inspired by and forked from evtuhovich/dotvim

INSTALLATION

Before doing anything else please git clone this to your favorite place.

• ln -s dotvim ~/.vim
• cd ~/.vim && rake
• echo "source ~/.vim/vimrc.vim" >> ~/.vimrc

For raking options see rake -T

plugins.cfg

This file contains required plugins declaration. See the documenting comments in there.
