Argocd application stuck at "Syncing" state even though the application is in sync with cluster

Describe the bug

Argocd application is synced and came to healthy state. Again it started to sync automatically without any changes and keep on stuck there in "Syncing" state

To Reproduce

Deploy an helm chart using argocd application. Application is deployed to the cluster successfully. Again argocd application start to sync the application without any changes to application or manual intervention, but it is keep on stuck at the LAST SYNC RESULT "Syncing" state

Expected behavior

Application should show Last SYNC result as "Sync Ok"

There is no errors showing in the sync status of application, but it is stuck in the same phase
