application doesn't honor tilde on requirements.yaml

Describe the bug

My application doesn't got in synch with the latest minor version published on the helm chart

To Reproduce

my Application doesn't get the latest minor version (0.6.2) even if it is published

dependencies:

• name: myapp
  version: ~0.6.1
  repository: https://mymuseum.com/

I've tried to synch, prune, refresh etc.

Expected behavior

when changes in repo are detected should be synchronized, the latest chart downloaded
