Wrapped tabs and underline do not work well together

Describe the bug

The active tab is SUMMARY, but there's an underline under EVENTS.

This is very confusing

To Reproduce

1. Visit https://cd.apps.argoproj.io/applications/argo-cd?view=tree&node=argoproj.io%2FApplication%2Fargocd%2Fargo-cd%2F0
2. Narrow the window

Expected behavior

I'm not sure. Maybe move underline to the tab that's active. Maybe don't let tabs wrap. ...
