This PR is adding an initial version of the homepage to be iterating on.
As the site has been evolving through this implementation, it's still lacking a lot of polish, common bits of logic refactoring, responsive versions for most of the components. Also, some more things need to be decided on, like the behaviour and interactions of some components, specifically the cards versions.
This is being submitted to merge to have a foundation to continue working on the rest of the components and sections of the site.
