Adding a pyQt similar version of the QTimeLineView widget.

Not all feature are reproduced.

  • Complex hovering events are discarded
  • QTimeLineItemDelegate is simplified to mininal

Some are added:

  • 100 jump forward if left clicked
  • 100 jump backward if right clicked
  • duration divided if middle clicked
