Norton 360 flagged AS as a threat

Informing you that Norton 360 has labeled Artisan.exe as a security threat. I am currently able to continue using the program because I have added it to the exclusion list.

Tried to submit a false positive and this is what followed:

The form cannot be sent

An internal error occurred while sending the form.
Please try to send the form again later.

I've tried to help -- perhaps AS knows how to submit the false positive report.

It's a false positive. It should go away in some days. Thanks for trying to submit it.

Well that may be so, but as I put it in the exclusion list the scan will only ignore it. Are you suggesting that I give it say a week and then remove it from the exclusion list??

At any time you can try removing it from the exclusion list to see if the false positive has been addressed. It may take longer if their submission web page is broken. False positives are outside the artisan team's control.
