Welcome to the 'Swipe' Project! This project aims to replicate some functionalities of the popular dating app Tinder. It provides a platform for users to create profiles, match with others, and engage in conversations.
To clone the project, run the following command in your terminal:
git clone https://github.com/DanejSakshi13/tinder-project.git
Once cloned, navigate into the project directory:
cd tinder-project
To run the project, you'll need to open two separate terminals, one for the server and one for the client.
In the first terminal, navigate to the server directory: cd server
Then, start the server using nodemon: nodemon .
In the second terminal, navigate to the client directory: cd client
Then, run the client using npm: npm run dev
