Changed the default output folder
Fixed race condition for directory creation in map_chimeric_fragments. In map_single_fragments: changed processor number from 32 to 8. added -w parameter for creation of wiggle files (default is not creating) Changed creation of wiggle and counts files to not override a default file name but to be named after the library name.
