There is a partitioning cheatsheet at https://github.com/AsahiLinux/docs/wiki/Partitioning-cheatsheet which gives helpful commands for resizing and rebuilding partitions. It was written with Asahi Linux + Arch as its reference.
The missing section in after the release of Fedora Asahi Remix is "Change from Arch to Fedora". There is some guidance at https://social.treehouse.systems/@marcan/111608191971939841 which could be used as a start.
