[Docs] None of the properties for MemoryCacheOptions have docs

Whilst most of the properties are self evident (with perhaps the exception of the Clock) - it would be especially handy to see what the default values are for these options.

In comparison, all the properties for the SqlServerCacheOptions are documented.

What does the SizeLimit property represent - a count of items, or a memory size, in bytes?

The units are intentionally unspecified. Size is an optional parameter when adding entries to the cache:

And the size limit is compared to the sum of those parameters.

@Tratcher Thanks that makes sense now. For future me, or anyone else coming across this, I was looking for a size parameter on one of the the Set() extension methods but it is actually on the MemoryCacheEntryOptions (as pointed out above).
