Implement relationship access methods on EntityEntry #1201
Description
This includes:
- Reference
- Collection
- Member (including integration with existing Property methods)
These methods should provide access to:
- CurrentValue
- Back pointer to the EntityEntry
- IsLoaded
- Load
- Query
