- This PR fixes the following issues:
- Mensa menu cannot be viewed offline #147
- Second mensa week causing RangeError #148
- Incorrect opening hours on the mensa page #149
- Additionally publishers fetched from the backend are now sorted alphabetically
- The feed is descendingly sorted by date again.
- The no meal plan text "Heute leider keine Angebote." has been changed to "Kein Speiseplan verfügbar.".
- Updated dependencies - Fixed mensa page opening hours - Fixed mensa cache being cleared

- Disable shuffling of feed items and sort them by date instead - Update version number to 2.2.1
