Relay stuck on "Waiting for relay's approval"

I've been using relay.fedi.buzz for a few days on my new instance, and I want to add a few more links. However, the new additions get stuck on "Waiting for relay's approval", even after a few days. This persists regardless of Authorized Fetch being enabled or disabled.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, as it worked earlier (as indicated with the blender and blender3d relays).

Turns out it was (and I have no idea why) an Blazeback config issue. Even with BunnyCDN, I still had to make the S3 bucket public
