does anyone know why the tests don't find the test files? I checked that they get installed correctly, some the tests don't find them, when I run |

from_array accepted keywords for uncertaity, mask, flags and meta but did not pass them on the `NDData.__init__`, so that informatmation was lost. This bug needs to be fixed to make the units tests of astropy#16 pass.

As suggested by @wkerzendorf, I split the old pull request #14. This is the IUE part.
