這題就是給一個可以 nc 連進去的 ip + port，進去之後就會問你兩個問題

第一題是河內塔的移動次數，會給一個陣列，經過觀察之後只要求出2^陣列長度就好，我到現在還是不知道陣列內容是要幹嘛的

解完之後第二題是逆序數對數量，偷懶直接 O(n^2) 就行了

手動算會累死所以寫了一個腳本但我忘記放哪了...找到再補回來
