  • -show-phases to show all the phases in compiler (may vary based on source file type, rkmd, rkql etc.)

- use JCommander, the usage() layout is a bit different from common
commandline application, use multiple lines for one argument
- print phases in compiler, didn't know you can use %-10s to make
string pad space in right if it is less than 10

Introduced in #31 , only used limited features, but , so far so good ...
