filecoin management scripts

What is it?

There isn't anything special here, just my attempt to understand filecoin and get it going. These directions are just automated from the main filecoin repository.

What are the pre-requisites?

1. The install script assumes you are starting with a clean and fresh ubuntu 18.04 installation.
2. First install git (sudo apt install git)
3. Clone this repository (git clone https://github.com/atleastaverage/filecoin)
4. cd into the filecoin directory
5. chmod +x install_filecoin.sh ...
