Думаю, что все ужасно переусложнил. Сначала просто скопировал форму и через useEffect подгрузил скрипт, потом подумал:
Пришёл к решению, что в форму будут передаваться поля в качестве массива объектов с их настройками и стилями. Наверное, это тоже не очень гибкий подход. Возможно, стоило как-то поработать с children. Также, я не смог понять, как получить доступ к функции pay.
