do we want an "open in github" link?

as a developer, this is something i do - is this something power users will want too?

if so, is there an inobtrusive place to stow the link? seems too advanced to go up on the main menu.

I think we do. There should be some explicit linking of the notebook and the gist. There's another use case for this, which is to go the other way around. It should be possible to import a gist into Rcloud directly, which I imagine would be useful when running on public Github (I find someone else's useful notebook as a gist, and I want to have that in my rcloud deployment)
