Passthru reservations allow DSCP markings to pass through the ingress switch unchanged (avoiding being marked down to 0 by the Tegu priority 10 flow-mod which enforces the policy that only reservation traffic may be marked with DSCP values. The reservation is allowed only if the user link capacity for the project owning the endpoint (VM) is greater than 0, and if relaxed mode is turned on the config file (bandwidth pathing is not being done).
