command 'mjml.screenshot' not found

Expected behavior

When opening the command pallet there is a command for the mjml extension that allows you to take a screenshot. Running that command should produce a jpg.

Actual behavior

VS Code cannot find the command.

Running into a similar problem with the command mjml.previewToSide.
It just indicates that it's not found.

Same error here on VS Code 1.39.2, on Mac OS 10.14.6
