1) Prerequisites
You need a fortran compiler installed in your system
Please dont forget to set the F77 variable in the makeILLUMINA script according to that compiler

utils scripts need the following python 2.7 libraries:
pyproj, matplotlib, numpy, gdal

Under ubuntu installation command is:
sudo apt-get install python-pyproj python-matplotlib python-numpy python-gdal

2) Add this line in your .bashrc file:
PATH=$PATH:$HOME/hg/illumina/bin:$HOME/hg/illumina:$HOME/hg/illumina/utils/dataprep/gdal2bin

3) Download the code:
mkdir hg
cd hg
hg clone  https://bitbucket.org/aubema/illumina

4) Compile the code:
cd illumina
bash makeILLUMINA

5) Read the Users manual
